I bought a trailer there for 28,500 in 2020 and it was a scam. These homes are nothing but very old trailers with bad chaises cosmeticaly remodeled and pleasing to the eye. The value may only be 13k or so not 33k! Please do your homework so you don't get scammed like me and lose your home and money and there is no law to help you! There are no attorneys that will take such a case! These are not considered real property so the law states buyer beware!!!
